Our social responsibility
We have a social contract with all our stakeholders – our clients, our people, co:conspirators, our community and the environment around us. This contract is built on four pillars.
- Inclusiveness – we foster a diverse culture founded in inclusiveness of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and religious belief. We offer our employees a safe and welcoming working environment that includes training and healthcare.
- Philanthropy – we provide pro bono services for charitable organizations such as Dress for Success, Water Aid and Civic Nation.
- Ethics – in addition to applying our values to all we do, we comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment, equal opportunity, labor, immigration, and wage and hour laws, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment and the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition Code of Conduct.
- Environmental responsibility – we strive to leave a light footprint. In addition to using energy efficient equipment and our recycling program, we have founded Mor, Inc, a US B-corporation, to establish a platform to resell slightly used items rather than sending them to the landfill.
On a quarterly basis, our Leadership Team reviews our actions against our social responsibility principles.
